So I was trying to be understanding and nice, I called my contractor to get a new confirmation date, and he said he got on another job that will be taking him away for a little bit, but how can he take another job when my rehab is behind?

Can he provide tax returns to verify income?

How can he avoid having the seller receive the deposit?

We recently became interested in putting some of these funds towards investing in real estate and I have a couple questions regarding the set up.1.Since my husband already has an existing SoloK, can he just open up a second Self Direced Solo 401k and transfer over some of the funds for real estate investing and leave the rest of the funds in the existing account in their current investments? 

My understanding is if I get the property under contract and find anything "unexpected" in my inspection, even if it's minor, I can back out and not lose my EMD.However, if a buyer orders his inspection and finds something he doesn't like, can he back out as well because his EMD isn't due yet?

Can he/she go to the closing and sign as a company employee?

However, If he is undocumented, can he still fill out a electronic background check or will he not even be able to complete the application?

How can he get himself off of the mortgage before then?
