I'm surprised by some of the responses here about how people like VRBO more than AirBNB.

Typically these people are really forthcoming with info and can tell you.

This stands true for any/every investment segment in existence; stocks, ETF's, business ventures.

It's slower, but patient people tend to make wise investments.

My biggest question when I was researching all the programs was "If these people are so successful at what they do, why are they charging so much for all of this and always trying to upsell?" 

The business plan to pay untenable returns is not untenable, it’s non-existent.

Such a solid investment for any SoCal people looking for some cheap cash flow.

thanks for your time and help 1st off, full disclosure here, Rent To Retirement advertises their properties on my Investment Properties For Sale Show, so I am not a totally unbiased opinion and it's only fair that I tell you this up frontHaving said that, outside of running my show for people like them, I also own a property management company in Northeast Ohio and have worked with 1,000's of out of state investors over the years.I say all of that to say this, the overwhelming majority of negative reviews I have seen on them are very similar to a lot of negative experiences investors have with my property management company and others like it that I've worked with.

Although I’m guessing most people in this position would use Wordpress or something more customizable.
