It bothers me 1) that aids health foundation is expending money on rent control rather than aids health.

The first part of Mold remediating is stopping the moisture issue  until you figure out that part don't bother with step 2 .

the only way that would bother me is if it was a flip and it was going right back on the market then thats an issue.. if the property numbers still hit your target returns the 10k will be long forgotten 10 years from now when the property has been positive cash flow the whole time and has gone up 20 to 30% in value..

So, do I bother?

There is another “loophole” redemption period - this is from a court ruling regarding when an owner can redeem even when they do not meet the statutory requirements for the nine month redemption period.As to purchasing title insurance for a property purchased at sheriff sale, some people say to do so, others say don’t bother.

I believe the landlord has not bothered to update anything in the building and is okay with the low rent.

in addition to everything else, it would bother me to pay a bad tenant to vacate.
