Hi,I have my first rental unit up on Zillow and have already been getting bombarded with interest.

But it’s annoying to constantly get bombarded from investors every day.

Right now pre foreclosure, no mortgage/high equity, and probates are getting bombarded with letters and cards, I get letters every few weeks for either my personal home or one of my rentals I have free and clear. 

I'm now getting bombarded with ads for private lending etc.

That way you dont get bombarded with fake testimonials or ratings.

I am not saying that there are not valuable programs out there for purchase or that you should not pay for a coach or mentor, simply that you can get bombarded by offerings.  

There can be a lot to sift through on all these products I'm bombarded with daily and they have their special features.  

Distressed homeowners get bombarded with mail by investors, real estate agents, attorney's, etc.

Up until yesterday, I was STILL getting bombarded by emails, one of which stated they wanted more money to attend the event, the balance of the $197.

I communicated this to the tenant and he was extremely unhappy, continuously bombarding me with emails that I should be listening to tenants not repairmen (which I told him is not going to be my strategy).
