I mean in general what sort of expert should I try finding first, but if someone has specific people in mind who deal with the UP that works for me too.

Additionally, some syndicators are mostly in the middle-person role of sorts; partnering with others who do the primary LOI/PSA/operation roles.

I'd call insurance before having any sort of plumber to come do any repairs.

His bank was in a state like Indiana, while one of his companies is in Wyoming, and just all sorts of weird sketchy stuff that accumulated over the period working with him.

-I'm fairly careful with communication , but again, I know doing business online is way riskier, but I want to ask: Typically, I would trust someone who seems very in-depth, informative (gives statistics and numbers), and basically would give me thorough steps (including worst-case scenarios and what would best fit my situation)^^would people who have experience say that even with the above, some agents/lenders/PMs would still be sort of out to get your money and do a lousy job?
