The one performing is retail strips Fund.Long term I anticipate that 2 of my three MF deals will still turn a decent return (not the heyday level returns, but still high single/low double average annual return).  

This certainly doesn't answer your question - only the landlords who have interacted with you can - but hopefully it gives a little more about the mindset of a landlord.

Alternatively, you can look into filing an affidavit.For the court hearing, be prepared to have all dates and proof to show the judge non-payment and any dates/times you interacted with the tenant.

One thing he didn’t anticipate was the complexity of the reporting requiremnets, especially if he wanted investors outside his immediate circle.

I'm working on making these relationships stronger by giving more than just returns and making sure that every interaction feels like it has value.
