And you may not get much of a repair request process as the wholesaler can't agree to repairs themselves. 

I don't disappear when things get hard.Luckily, the investor/seller agreed that adding a fence and some other things would bring the property a better sale price.Not all agents are experienced, and not all investors need an agent.   

Somewhat unrelated, but I do not allow BiggerPockets to do business with partners who require their clients to sign agreements or otherwise agree to terms that prevent them from leaving what they feel to be honest reviews on BiggerPockets.

However, if you're concerned about the cracks in the photos above, I think most would agree that they are normal settling cracks and that no further precautionary measurements need to be taken.

If so I would thoroughly ready this to see what they require and what you agreed to.I doubt you can keep your permit if you refuse their inspection.If you are doing everything as you should, you shouldn't have anything to worry about.

@John Lasheri agree with you, you'd be surprised at how many people listen to Grant Cardone though, and decide that they're going to go buy a 100 unit with 'OPM' as their first deal and quit their job.i think buying something of that size with a few partners is a perfectly good goal.
