I've noticed just recently, maybe in the last 2 weeks, landlords/property managers are listing homes for rent but are posting the ad as a "for sale" ad.

We have a form for them to sign that attests to the fact that they indeed have a disability, as defined by the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act), and to describe the type of accommodation they are requesting.

Remember a service animal falls under the ADA with the Dept of Justice. 

Right now I own one duplex in Ada county and am looking into anywhere else within 30-50 miles of Boise.

I have mobility issues and wondering if the facility is ADA compliant (elevator) since the meet-up will be on the second floor?

@Donna Bishop, My email ends Real estate agent( you could insert Realtor instead) licensed by the Louisiana Real Estate Commission, USA and then I include Federal Fair Housing and ADA logos. 

Much related to California Senate Bill 1069 that went into effect on Jan. 1, 2017 which addresses the whole subject of affordable housing related to maximizing residential space with the installation of Accessory Dwelling Units ada ADU's, granny flats, etc.

Will the pre-fabbed structures be ADA compliant, etc? 

Emotional Service animals are not considered service dogs by the ADA.
