Martin, @Wenhao Leu, and @Al Williamson are some brains to pick -- I've never done it myself, I've just seen what the tax returns look like a few years down the road once the business is up and running.And this is where your sales ability comes in.

@Al Williamson usually sends out a notice when one is coming up.FYI to tag someone that is a contact or has talked in your thread type"@" followed by their name and after a few letters they will show up at the bottom of your type box and you can click on their name.

I'm flipping right now in Round Rock/Williamson County with an eventual BRRR strategy in mind.

They also have many small groups that focus on a geographic area (Williamson Co., Murfreesboro, etc.) or by investment topic (land lording, notes, etc.).

@Dave Williamson Dave, just wanted to ask if you purchased a property in the Woodlawn area.
