Hi friendsI’m having a tough time finding an online new construction house plans WITH a materials list.I completely understand they can’t provide 100% mats for say foundations roofing trusses etc.

A basic HI doesn't know framing and may not notice a modified truss in the attic for instance, but that is an important and costly repair.

Hi everyone,We just got permits for remodeling of a fire-damaged SFH in Pompano Beach, only to discover that truss manufacturers are taking 16-25 weeks to manufacture and deliver trusses.Does anyone in the South Florida area have a relationship with any truss manufacturers who might have quicker manufacturing+delivery time frames?

I have searched for this but have struck out.

Mine doesn't even know he is one and he certainly isn't making speeches at seminars.

It would be awesome if they could set trusses as well.Thanks
