For anyone interested, I just stumbled on the best damn keto bars I've ever tasted.

Hi all,I have 4 rentals that need tree trimmings. 

Water heaters, furnace, plumbing leaks, replacing a roof, replacing the main water line, tree trimming, microwave replacement, etc. $20-25K would be awesome but you can likely get by depending on condition for $10-15K. 

Get the floors and trim done, then let the painters do their thing.Are you moving/deleting any walls?

I also know that most people in this business are either very talky or very shy... and that an appraisal needs to be data-driven.Either way, I never have felt like an appraiser needed to be chit-chatted with while I pointed out how tremendously awesome my trim carpenter is.
