The big hitters in residential many times are men that list entire subdivisions and may have other agents market houses individually as the development progresses.Most men will admit they want their wife to dig the house they are in, and since women are better at relating to other women, the wife will be better understood by another woman.My experience was many men only want a garage and the women want many things out of a home.In residential as in all businesses networking is of supreme importance.

I have done alot of reading and research on investing but as always practical application and experience reign supreme.

Slip and fall lawsuits are non-existent in Michigan thanks to our state Supreme Court pretty much banning them.

The current Supreme Court needs  a good case before it.  

Cash & buying power will rein supreme for a long time.

With the new, more conservative supreme court, why hasn't there been any discussion of challenging Rent Control in the courts again?

I vaguely recall the Seattle proposal and must have filed that under "possible local laws to deal with." and did not remember that Seattle's proposal did not succeed or that it made it as far as the Supreme Court.
