The big hitters in residential many times are men that list entire subdivisions and may have other agents market houses individually as the development progresses.Most men will admit they want their wife to dig the house they are in, and since women are better at relating to other women, the wife will be better understood by another woman.My experience was many men only want a garage and the women want many things out of a home.In residential as in all businesses networking is of supreme importance.

I vaguely recall the Seattle proposal and must have filed that under "possible local laws to deal with." and did not remember that Seattle's proposal did not succeed or that it made it as far as the Supreme Court.
