In addition to a WF there is a Gold's Gym and some bar and grill I've never heard of, and a pizza place.... like the area needs one more stinking pizza place.Since @Karelyn Cruz mentioned she was car-less let's focus on the areas that have MARC, WMATA bus & subway and have bike paths and semi-functional sidewalks.

This neighborhood is 7 miles from downtown Manhattan, the commute via subway is 45 minutes.

We have a tenants rewards program where if they pay ON or before the first they get access to a portal where they can get discounts to places like local pizza places for 50% off, deals at Subway, Kroger, DVD, etc...and other coupons.

Mislata also has 2 subway stops, a growing commercial area, and new condominium projects.

You could buy say a Dollar General or Pizza Hut, Title Max, Subway,etc. for 1 million and under with 30% down.

It's a good show, but her obsession with subway tile drives me crazy.

I'm simply echoing @Joel Owens here but Nail Salons, Hair salons, Dry Cleaners, Liquor Stores, Subway sandwiches and similar.

Toronto (which I keep using because I invest here), has had ripple effect along its subway lines Yorkville --> Annex --> Dovercourt Wallace Emerson for example along the Bloor line.
