Since theses last few years have been statistical anomalies when it comes to home value surges, I wouldn't count on values growing at the same pace. 

Supposedly that Mediterranean diet will help your brain health too.Only 20% of the US population smokes and that decreases as income goes up so I you probably won't see alot of smoking investors.Thanks for the statistics on smoking.

I didn't know there were statistics on this , per area!  

That being said, this data combines several key areas around Boston proper to provide statistically relevant data; it is less likely for big swings from individual towns.

The other interesting statistic worth looking into is the number of residential rentals for sale in Worcester. 

It’s just our observation since we collect as-built statistics from our borrowers.

I wouldn't be very concerned with that statistic.
