Do you guys believe that South Florida is overvalued?

We went through this in South Carolina this past summer. 

Actually checked with my Nieces there and my brother who had a location in Floresville south of San Antonio. 

Other's are cautious to share their resources so they dont burn bridges if things go south with a referred investor.

Union county is as far south as they go at the moment.

I can definitely see how going 100 miles south towards San Diego can give me greater perspective into out of state flips.I can agree to disagree that the best contractors are not found on yelp.

Need to purchase property insurance for a rental property I just bought at foreclosure auction in South Florida. 

One of the utilities, South West Gas, based in CA, gave me a hard time putting the account into my own name. after several calls, faxing the court-stamped eviction order, verifying my deed through the County, etc,  the operator finally agreed and started to backdate the account change to the beginning of the process!
