Some common names you'll see thrown around a lot: Stessa, Apartments.com, RentRedi, TenantCloud, Innago, RentManager, Avail, Rentec Direct, Doorloop, etc.I recommend you search for each of those apps online and see what they offer, how much they charge, etc.

Keep searching for lenders because you're speaking to the wrong ones. 

(he was able to close because the title search had already been done before the lien was registered) According to him he has never not paid them for previous work and he never said he wasn't going to pay them but as soon as they found out he was selling they filed.
