Many of the condos allow for summer rental but no STR, except for two, which allow for STR on the boardwalk. 

There was a lovely STR on the market locally that was cash flowing around $18,000 after mortgage and bills in my market.

If you have the time to manage, you might even wanna try straight STR on your unit instead of mid-term.

Hey @Shay Ghafoor Wow Sounds like you have a lot going on haha, I suggest trying STR on whatever you arent making what you want to, or think that you can make more.
