They have a dedicated team to assist with any owner/tenant questions, an in-house maintenance crew and an online portal to manage your rentals.

I found it through my agent's search portal.

I have a couple of online portals that make it very easy to purchase renters insurance in a few minutes.

I fully disclose the fee to all clients, include the original vendor invoice in their landlord portal, and make it abundantly clear to them what my mark up is both contractually and time of initial invoice.
