Primary bedroom with a walk-in closet and dressing area.

With the house I just closed on, it does have potential to value add in the future with turning the office into a bedroom by adding a closet (making it a 3 bedroom instead of just 2 bedroom) and building a detached garage. 

I intend to add a closet to the den and make it a 3 bedroom adding value as well as remodel the entire unit.

(btw my belongings in my office, like the rest of my footprint in the house, will be very minimal: this small desk, quality office chair, + desktop computer. my thought is i’d put the computer in a closet + leave desk out as a workspace for guests; alternatively i could put all office in closet.)

Taking the primary residence from a 3 to a 4 bedroom, adding HVAC, new open floor plan, modern kitchen and bathrooms as as well as adding massive walk in closets in two of the four bedrooms.

(I'm thinking adding 2 Beds and 1 bath, or maybe a master with walk in closet and an on suite, a large corner home office, etc. raise rent to $1,600)Needs: Roof, Siding, and Basement Work (potentially more space if the basement is redone, adding a bedroom and bathroom, rent at $1,800?) 

The other bedroom would be used by both of us for storage/closet space, etc. 

Redid landscaping, painted interior, added a functional closet in hallway.

We added a wall, window & closet and made a 4th bedroom.
