-Don’t use photoshopped graphics on your photo that obfuscate the photo content.

Boxbrownie dot com does photoshop, etc for a couple of bucks a pic too if you need it.

Someone else now tried telling me about stellar and even went as far to show me this.Looks very photoshopped to me, and why would there be an atm print out for a 6M transfer. 

Pay attention photoshop doesn't work anymore and you cannot forge docs that easily.

If it's just a document that's not actually filed/registered anywhere, what's to stop someone from scanning it, using Photoshop to change the name of the Trustee/Beneficiary and pretending that the changed photocopy is the original?

I've included an as-is photo and two photoshopped versions of what I am thinking of going with.  

Most of the credit repair scammers will provide a jpg image of the dispute results from the credit bureaus but that can be photoshopped...a video cannot be photoshopped.  

We MAY NOT decline an applicant due to past evictions (you read that correctly), we MUST ACCEPT a tenant-provided background check if was "generated" in the last 30 days (I used quotes because, well, Photoshop),  we MAY NOT ask their references if they were ever late on their rent or got served a notice. 

What if they photoshop themselves a good fake one for the month(s) they pay late, and you can't prove otherwise in court when you try to claim they owe you rent for month 12.
