Saw a 6 unit building in scranton pa. called the owner, asked him if he would carry paper, he said he would consider it, turns out he lived in the city too, we met for a beer that night, talked terms, drove to PA that weekend, shook hands on the deal, wrote up the note and mortgage and transferred title, hired a property manager...

The fact that they don't show a Pro member's logo in the online versions of the forum is maddening as over half of BP's traffic is likely mobile, if they're like most other websites.I think that this is a great site that could be better.Mitchell Herman

PDF Pro is reasonably priced but doesn't support dynamic stamp.Thanks @Jason Madden Appreciate the response.A few things I've discovered since first posting earlier today.The feature I'm looking for is called dynamic stamp.
