I want to add on 3 doors per year for 10 years, then evaluate if I want to continue growing or start paying off the debts. 

They look good on paper, but the realities of low-quality renters, high crime, unscrupulous vendors, and other problems can destroy the investment value.Some landlord insurance policies have burglary as an additional rider you must add on specifically.

FYI, the house is in a PD (planned development) district-Regarding homeowners insurance - do I need a special policy or add on to standard policy? 

I was looking to add one of these services and was hoping someone could provide good and bad feedback on them. 

I can’t find an add on solution that handles this either.  

for sure not a beginner limited capital play.. but if you have 500k to 1 a mil liquid not a bad way to go about it.. or havea 20 year plan to add one every couple of years.. be pretty sweet to own 10 to 20 of these free and clear 20 years down the line.. that would be REAL cash flow.

@Brady D'Hont, I don't recommend any purchased add-on warranties.

But I will add one more thing to this:If you have an amortizing mortgage, the difference between and interconnections of the three main financial statements is important.  

I just wanted to add one other piece of advice here that I didn't see mentioned.
