I drive an hour each way to work and can knock out a podcast a day.

I was wondering does it seem irrational to quit my job so that I can knock out my license faster and plunge into real estate full time as quickly as possible. 

Right away this deal is not looking like a knockout BRRRR.

Headed back to the states with an assignment to Travis AFB, CA in March of 2020 so looking to knock out the requirements and be ready to take the licensing exams as soon as I arrive.
