Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $151,000
Cash invested: $16,000
Sale price: $199,900

Pre foreclosure was purchased with a deed in leu written up by an attorney which allowed me to pay her balance due, minor repairs completed and sold the property, all in less than 35 days.
