Hey guys, I’m newer around the Conroe area and I’m looking to connect with fellow real estate individuals, Contractors, investors, etc.I’ve been an electrician for 10 years mostly in the commercial space, I’ve doubled in general contracting and project management in Utah, but have moved down here in search of better opportunities.

So many intellegent and supportive individuals on here, you will get out what you put in.

I see mentor programs having “personal real estate advisors” populated not by experienced real estate investors but by salespeople for these programs that didn’t make the grade as a salesperson, reading from prepared scripts being passed as individual advice.  

Looking to either sell individually or as a package to an investor.

They used lendsmart to track individual loans granularly. 

I wouldn't focus singularly on individual city initiatives/projects and would recommend focusing more on fundamentals.

I also hope to continue to grow my network and meet other like minded individuals and mentors to help advance my investing business.Cheers!
