Atlanta: Atlanta area seemed a little bit slower and less bustling compared to Dallas.

its a little far from the blue line so I basically broken down the potential personas to the following 1) Single Parents looking for good neighborhood school (Beaubien / Taft are considered better in the CPS neighborhood school rankings)2) lower income young room mates looking to split rent3) late 20 early 30s work from home and wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of the hipper neighborhoods and save some money4) people who have lived in the area for a while and like the areafor each one I look up the demographic for the area / city and then target income level and assume for any given year there's probably 5% of the overall demographic that would be looking to move.

The master bedroom features a private balcony away from the hustle and bustle near all amenities of life.

Florida is a bustling market, but still plenty of room for you to succeed.

With a bustling population, a thriving job market, and a cost of living that's affordable, this city is attracting a diverse range of industries, from cutting-edge technology to healthcare and finance.

Mid term rental hybrids are definately a real thing, especially if you are near bustling hospitals.

I'm no expert but every person I know that rented Airbnb went to vacation hotspots, tourist areas, bustling cities.

I have a few units in Egypt (where I'm originally from) that I rent out but obviously, everything is very different. 

Same goes for a lot of international buyers buying all cash from all over- Egypt , Israel, Canada, Singapore etc. indeed chasing yield.
