It's like the diet and exercise plan for losing weight....it takes time and consistent effort. 

Also, why has there been NOTHING on diet and exercise to improve cardiovascular health?

It has been exhausting, stressful, rewarding, and a great diet strategy (down 5 lbs. in 5 days!).

And for some reason many conventional lenders don’t treat Flip income as real money (don’t ask cause I’ve never been able to figure this out - it’s green, I can buy a Diet Coke with it, its money!).

I have let my diet slip into junk food, alcohol, and constant grazing.

It is like going to the gym everyday but not managing your diet.  

Make believe you just happen to have something you think he will like e.g. some really nice chocolates or a good wine and tell him you need someone to give it to because you are on a diet.

Even if somehow we miraculously managed to eradicate many of the guns that are stockpiled people could simply smuggle them in from other countries the way drugs are smuggled in.
