We've got an international airport, several major sports teams, a local CSU, tons of night life, cool restaurant scene, and offer enough of the "big city" feel that the younger generations (your tenants) crave.

I typically listen to plenty of them (The Real Estate Guys, Real Estate Today, REI Club etc) but after I listen to all of the episodes I am left craving more and that's how I found BP podcasts.

Once I listed to every available podcast, I craved more info (I'm a data guy) and found my way to the BiggerPockets.com community.I'm most interested (for now) in learning about strategies for investing in a high-cost real estate market such as Northern Virginia / Washington DC.I look forward to getting to know you all in the forums and blogs!

Greetings everybodyMy name is Howard, and i must say that i am a big fan of BP, and of all the above average minds that meet here to share knowledge. its amazing the amount of actionable info one can gather here for free. i have been a sales consultant in the automotive industry for what i consider to be too long now, and im craving that financial independence and flexibility that real estate investing promises to the determined and focused. i just recently obtained my real estate license, which i did mostly for mls access and im eager to hit the ground running. i have chosen wholesaling as my strategy and i am currently working on my lead generation. my goal is to close on at least 2 properties per month and i plan on working hard to achieve that. i feel like the sky is the limit in this industry, and even though i have very little experience, i am more than willing to help anyone in any way i can. lets all meet at the top.
