You may want to somewhat hide your identity from tenants though, which if set up correctly, an LLC can do.You didn't ask, but... you should ask your PMC a LOT of questions about HOW they will execute their services and how they will communicate with you.

Many times they will claim it's wonderful and then try to hide their worst deals by only showing completed deals.

It's hugely trolly, weird, and borderline sociopathic.Healthy disagreements are fine in forums, but when you initiate the conversation, you can't later hide from it and make it like someone else started it when the entire dialogue is right above.A lot of this has to do with personal fragility and internet puffery.At one point, I invited two trolls to hop on a recorded (for everyone's sake) Zoom to discuss what they were up in arms about.

texture looks weird. looks cheap, looks like florida houses looked 30 yrs ago and most of them still have that stuff on the walls.it hides imperfections, but i dont like the looks of it.
