If you disagree with the Commission, you can file an appeal with the Commonwealth Court.And if you lose at the Commonwealth Court, you can file an appeal to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and hope that the Court: (1) takes your appeal; and (2) rules in your favor.

Now the matter is before the Commonwealth Court with the owners, the City, and the School District duking it out.
