Central AC was added, yet it says cooling is done evaporately (swamp cooler - I guess that is on top of the house). 

We also added a Coffee bar, water cooler, microwave and mini-fridge to make it feel more like an extended stay hotel room.  

They are nice and probably easier to convert, but the classic would look cooler and would offer a more unique experience.

Upgrading the fan to a higher CFM will also make a difference.  

We don't have the iconic Joshua trees -- JT is at a higher elevation and a bit cooler, this is apparently all the difference for the trees -- but we have the same magnificent views and basic housing stock of JT.

Saying you sell $20M is cool...but making the actual $600k is far cooler in my book.

NO humidity that blast you out of the out doors.winter can be a little cooler but not that much more than say Vegas were I am hanging out in the winter.

Bunch of buffoons but maybe after the house sits and rots for a couple more months they will take a reasonable offer and my offer goes down when the ceiling caves in from the water pouring through the hole in the roof thank god its getting cooler out so the house wont fill with mold as fast
