i have to say i disagree with your thoughts about CT. i grew up in CT and i fully understand what you are referencing. however, i have been investing in central CT (New Britain) for over 7 years and have done very well. i live in houston now and visit maybe once per quarter. each time i go back it looks better and better. the current mayor is doing big things. they are bringing the worlds largest fuel cell to the city. i highly recommend you take another look. in fact, i can barely keep up with the amount of people from NYC and New Jersey that contact me about where i invest in CT. its been really fun. i love to help. happy to provide other info.
