I have never invested in stocks before but it seems like banks could be a good bet in coming months with all the money being injected into economy.

Rent, mortgages, other business/personal loans, various industries "bailed out", the fed "injecting" money into various markets.

I will not be holding any of them long term.During this first drop (and yes, there will be a new drop after this artificial invisible money injected climb), I got in onUAL - 20 , sold 30LATAM- short at 5, got out at 2.5DVN - short at 8.7 BA - 100 , openEOG - 34, openHD - 160 , openPSX - 50 , open , long term hold but very very solid company DIS - 91 , long term , little nervous about theme parks remaining solventBP- 17 , openTSLA-400 , openDidn't touch any biotech pharma companies with hopes they find the cure, very much a stab in the dark.and the big one..TVIX - 135Ended up selling at 550 and as you saw it went way, way higher than that, but that is something beginner's shouldn't touch as it is not just an inverse of the DOW and can flatten you in a hurry. 

These initial funds are the "seed" money injected in a deal just to acquire and control the property while you prepare your exit strategy which is usually either sell or BRRR.  

One problem I have is if I were to inject the money into a couple deals that only produce 5-6 coc , there is very little room for error and then your breaking even if something does happen , vs netting 6200 with less risk .

If a house is on a slab, it sometimes requires drilling through driveways, sidewalks, etc and injecting the solution into the soil through the holes.

Hi Justin,I think what some perceive as "Extra Money" being injected into the economy is really going to be "Replacement Money" for foregone wages from the Virus Situation.Here's how I think of it (three illustrations):Begging Hobo Bob.  

Now I've grown my businesses, gotten those loans, expanded my portfolio, but can now LEGALLY go back in time and get all that money back and inject that cash into my future growth plays. 

Also, they can float the poor performers with short-term cash injections or other good performers.

Monthly parking rates are a must to create stable cash flow.Two operational methods: 1) Master Lease 2) Aquire and ManageBoth Methods require Capital Injection, and I strongly advise NOT to acquire bank financing.
