Just checked out agentsonline.net , its antiquated in its presentation compared with BP, but there is definitely a ton of info on there as well.

Being that it takes a little more time to build clientele, being a designer, I feel as if, it would be smart, for me to go ahead an make a name for myself, by flipping antique pieces of furniture and while advertising, mention that I also offer interior design services.

The thrice resurfaced 1960's solid cast iron tub was peeling AGAIN & the old small black & red tile & shower/tub fixtures etc were an antique corroded leaking mess.

Also, we do not want to get involved in the structural unknowns of antique homes so our age range is 1950 and newer.

A complaint there over the years have been that there forum boards are antiquated. 

It was an eclectic feel to it with lots of trendy antique stores and great restaurants.
