I spent close to six months looking at various vendors in the space, and below are some of the ones we ended up choosing (including one of our favorites, Hospitable).Each of the hours underneath the categories refer to what I estimate the monthly time-savings are by deploying the technology within the box for us.

Keep in mind turnkey companies do get bulk discount from their subcontractors and vendors, some company pocket the discount for themselves, some company pass onto the discount to their customers and offer a great price.

Some of the features I am looking for (most likely there is not 1 single vendor who has all this built-in, but more of a technology stack that integrates nicely)Would something like propstream, carrot, and kixie be powerful enough to get rolling out the gates and still be efficient in your eyes?

Do they have preferred vendors that always answer the phone because it is that PM calling?

I'm hoping they get a good director in place who wants to serve their customers (tenants who need safe houszing) and their vendors supplying that need (landlords) and operate an efficient and successful program serving our community.
