Made simple kitchen/bathroom/ aesthetic upgrades.

Attractiveness As we all know, the aesthetics and design of buildings send powerful messages to the people who visit them.

During the peak season, this is less of an issue but during non-peak, lower-end properties that lack the amenities and aesthetic punch offered by the higher end properties suffer from the drop in occupancy the most.

Also decided to put some boulders for shoulder support and for aesthetics. 

If it was an aesthetic choice of the previous owner, it was a costly one.   

I would recommend sticking with a multi-family that has solid systems and at worst, needs aesthetic upgrades.

If you’re already invested in several other properties on that street, I like the idea of having more control over the aesthetics of the neighborhood and who you’re renting to, etc.

It’s going to depend on the amenities you are able to provide and the aesthetics of the property.

I purchased the flooring I liked better aesthetically between the two I picked out and once I got home I noticed the planks do not have a foam padding on the bottoms like the other one did.

In my opinion the conventional sheetrock and paint is more aesthetically pleasing but would be the much more expensive option.
