Here is a clause I found in the Ordinance that I don't quite understand:Tenants of any residential properties may present a written petition signed by a majority of the tenants and consented to by the landlord of the property agreeing to a specific rent surcharge for a specific purpose or project, and providing for the landlord's permission to permit the tenant's representative to review the expenditures involved for the particular purpose or project surcharge.

Wholesaling in the mobile home niche involves a similar process to wholesaling other types of real estate, but there are specific nuances, especially considering mobile homes as personal property rather than real property.

The last few words are critical because a judgment entered against a plaintiff or even a settlement for that matter where no insurance carrier is involved does not guarantee compensation.

I just didn't know how the finances work when remodeling is involve, I have some experience with construction and I could do some of the stuff, but ideally I am hiring someone to do the bathrooms and kitchen.

A big factor to these approvals is on the operators involved, confidence in there capability.
