I am curious to peoples opinions - does a states only metro - the financial, health care, and transportation hub (3rd busiest cargo airport nationally), have to only grow (barring a catastrophic event like nuclear war, etc.)?

About the area, access to public transportation is the key (again, for my area) more than the schools.

How do you folks track various expenses  (furnishing, food, payroll, local & air transportation, referral fee, licensing fee, repairs/renovation etc.)?

Such as actual location, proximity to hardware stores, availability of reliable workers, extensiveness of the actual project, proximity to your location, the cost and time of transportation, permitting processes, trustworthy or professional local contacts for recommended providers and services, do you know what a septic system is and how it works, can you change a lightbulb? 

If I had to predict areas that will grow in appreciation in Harrisburg...They would include midtown, areas along the Susquehanna river(scenic area with running paths), Harrisburg train station area (central hub for transportation with plans to grow), and Cameron street (industrial area seeing a slow revamp).

After move-in, one of my tenants began a business of purchasing used or auctioned cars, doing minor repairs and cleaning in the garage, and transporting to a used car dealership to sell.

This includes things like rent or mortgage, food, transportation, insurance, utilities, and any other regular expenses you have.

I’ve been on a rollercoaster ride, starting my transportation business just to support myself as best as I could.Thankfully I receive VA benefits for health care and other compensation, and by the end of 2023 I will have $25K+ capital to invest or use as a down payment for a duplex I can househack.I have been networking (even though I am terribly shy), making new relationships, trying to do the best possible job for my customers, and now my body is starting to really feel the toll from last year.If there’s anything I have taken from 2022, it’s ‘don’t miss the point of this great journey called life.’

Here in the Bay Area, people are looking to be close to downtowns, walkable to public transportation (here that would be caltrain and bart) and to have basic amenities such as fast wifi and a clean space.

You want to make sure they have the safeguards in place since our industry is completely unregulated.
