Interesting point I didnt think of..... having a male tenant may actually be safer.......at least you have the opportunity to screen them as thoroughly as possible...... you have the ability to check them out, so as much as possible you know what you are getting (obviously to only a limited amount)Rent to a female and you screen her, but cant screen any guests she has...... which is true for a male tenant too.
