I have a LVP project now, but sub floors aren't as level and perfect as one would like so was thinking glue down with luan underneath would be more sturdy and hold up better in this case than floating locking style.

If you lose it you have to call them (sucks) and ask them to mail it to you (1800's style)Then, after all that, if you're looking to move property into an LLC, what *I'VE* done is had a title company do it ( though there might be other ways.

This comes down to personal preference on property type and size.I personally would want view, location, cabin style and close proximity to attractions (20 min or less).
