BBQs stolen in a few days...

How would they even know if something was stolen? 

Besides the constant noise, they churned the dirt road shoulders into mud pits and I'm pretty sure that my mail was stolen more than once.

Funny thing, is that while just a few things were inside the house, nothing was stolen and no inside damage besides the doors.The house was broken into before we moved in.

Yeah...her lawyer will deal with the situation.....yeah.......she aint got no lawyer that is going to deal with something like this...... even cheap lawyers will cost WAY more than she could recover for any form of "stolen electricity"I like to call their bluff on the lawyer threats....."

I too had my central A/C unit stolen - but since then it has rarely gone vacant, and when it does, I'm always hanging out on the front porch and buying the neighbors beer.  

When I say expensive, what I mean is the item most likely to be stolen by an intruder. 

Finding super reliable housekeeping and a local handyman (for weekly check-in/wellness visits, changing bulbs, replacing lost or stolen items, housekeepers do NOT do that stuff) is too risky unless you know a lot of people very well, built a team you trust.
