There are some VERY specialized strategies that can get around the problem, but they require buying out the former owner or one of the heirs. 

Fully licensed, Insured and bonded.

I don't think finding an agent to advertise it as a "handyman special" on MLS will be fruitful.

I have 3  2 bedroom cabins in Pigeon Forge with nothing special about them except great location.

Our documents are always up to date with the most current legal requirements and are specialized disclosures are designed to protect the lenders interest no matter what type of loan you are making.

There's got to be some that specialize in this area of law and business practices.

Of course, we were monitoring the situations and asked neighbors to quiet down on occasions, but because they still occasionally made noise (regular household noise, not massive, all-night parties), and I didn't evict, then I'm not accommodating her needs.Does anyone know of any special accommodations that need to be made for mental health reasons (as opposed to handicapped access, etc) that I need to know about before going to court?
