depending on your state, you may just be able to go online to your secretary of states website and form it yourself.here in fl, we use sunbiz.org....easy!

On the Secretary of State website, it says that the registered agent can also be "a foreign corporation or not-for-profit foreign corporation authorized to transact business in Indiana whose business office is identical with the registered office."

Depending on the suffocation of the owner and how the ownership is structured you may need to then dig into the the secretary of states website to search for the entity that actually owns the property and work backwards to try and find who the companies officers are, or who the registered agent is for the entity.
