On the Secretary of State website, it says that the registered agent can also be "a foreign corporation or not-for-profit foreign corporation authorized to transact business in Indiana whose business office is identical with the registered office."

Depending on the suffocation of the owner and how the ownership is structured you may need to then dig into the the secretary of states website to search for the entity that actually owns the property and work backwards to try and find who the companies officers are, or who the registered agent is for the entity. 

On a side note, If you are trying to minimize costs, might I suggest signing up for the Texas Secretary of State SOSDirect service on their website.

Somebody could, however, find your name on the secretary of state website if they know how to do that.3.

The set up of the LLC is very simple; you just file a form with the Colorado Secretary of State.

You can use legalzoom or you can do it on your secretary of state's website.

LLC's are easy to set up on your state's Secretary of State web site (mine were $300 and ten mins work) and then an attorney with real estate experience can easily do the transfer of the property for you (mine were $1,000 each including company documents).
