It's refreshing to find a plethora of real estate investing information tools, accessible for anyone new to pro in real estate... and the forum questions and experience sharing discussions without a massive sales pitch or product push.

I am going to say this as humbly as I can...I have a different yet refreshing personality.

Our spirited conversation was refreshing because we spoke the same language: lending, credit, underwriting, insurance.  

The amount of information without the sham wow presentation is really refreshing.

Two houses, two new HAVC systems - checkone house, new roof - checkone apt:  drywall, bathroom remodel, and other $1k+ "refresh" efforts - checkEven though the monthly cash flow is fairly strong over monthly costs (mortgage, taxes, insurance), i am getting killed by big maintenance expenses.  

It is refreshing to see some renovations going on in the downtown area for sure!
