I just went through the reality of how these issues arise, then you are trying to say, just a name change, nothing else, well, in what part of reality does that happen besides in buy and hold situations, does a rehabber have other intentions, a flipper, a wholesale type, no Duncan, most here have other issues going into a sub-2 or other transactions that violate the DOS.
