Right, because B of A sells their loans to Fannie/Freddie which does not do 2 unit cash out in Texas there BofA does not have a product to sell you. 

They can be leveraged with commercial real estate loans that use the DSCR metric for evaluation; however, these are not under the “DSCR loan” product bucket.DSCR loans are for “business purpose,” only meaning that the owner of the property can not live in the property under any circumstances.

Could someone share where I should start. if you think about it, it's different product right,tax liens are basically investing at distressed property/people while mortgage note is basically investing at flips and also rehab property.

I feel like the harder any company markets themselves the crappier their product or service is, especially annoying methods like spamming inboxes and vm boxes.

I am sure this is an attempt to keep investors from using their long term financing for flips, they don't actually want the extra interest, this is punitive to discourage nonconforming use of the product.

It is a great company with great products.
