I don;t have complete control over what my PM does in Cleveland every time, but when I have a rental unit available in Cleveland like I do now and IF a person with a voucher calls me....this is what I ask.Do you have any evictions or felonies in the last 5 years?

try facebook marketplace, apartments.comreview all the places your agent is putting them in as they may not be as in a rush as you are to list it. i like being in control so i post on those platforms and find my tenants. hope this helps

If someone was in the streets doing drugs or killing people would they call you - no.I would consider letting them out of the lease but if they stay i would squash this immediately and say I have no control over other peoples property.
