@Bob Bello, thanks this is important information and thank you for taking the time to outline it.

There are a lot of different strategies outlined by a lot of great investors in these forums - many from the San Francisco Bay Area.Highly successful strategies in the Bay Area do not always require a ton of capital.

And I'll with my way through the foundation that you've outlined for me.

Put a normal piece of paper in with an outline of your envelope drawn on it by hand, and run a couple of test prints until you get all the text where you want it. 

I am not saying that it can't be done, I am only suggesting that you lay out your plan in writing and clearly outline what your individual responsibilities will be.  

All the while, most of the members support each other / help hold each other accountable to the practices outlined in the book (including getting up early).Do you truly want to be productive?

Hello,I'm looking for comments/suggestions on the situation outlined below.I've done a lot of looking around and have read many different posts but have not seen anything that closely resembles my situation.

I was expecting that the outline of the house could be outside of one zone being it was built up, but outside of the building footprint where the driveways and aprons are lower it goes into another zone, but it didn't appear that way. 

@Paul thanks for the tips, Im considering a simple card that has an outline of a house on one side with my info on the other.
