A printer that will accommodate an invitation sized envelope

We are trying to utilize an invitation sized envelope with a 22 pt font. Anytime we increase the size beyond 20 pt, the printer/pc displays an error message saying the size of the envelope doesn't match the paper in the tray. We are using an envelope that is 6.5" wide x 4.75" high and have selected those sizes in the custom envelope size option. We've tried moving the location of the recipient's address more towards the top but the location of the address that works as a larger font is too far towards the top of the envelope.

Can anyone shed a little light on this?

Thanks!
