Be very careful of these fake on line lenders.. its a huge scam these days.. while 100% exists in the market place its only for well established long term repeat clients.

I think that might have taken a year to build.When you get a pre-approved for a regular purchase, you can get a locked in interest rate, but it is only good for so long (I can't remember, but google says 90-120 days.I can't remember if they show a chart of payments at different interest rates, but there are online calculators where you can get an idea.

Something like 55,000 apartments coming online in 2024 in DFW, but only 15,000 in 2025, maybe same or less in 2026.If your HOA is friendly, probably still a good long term buy and hold in my opinion.
